Workforce Labor

Almost every general or subcontractor I have spoken with in the past year says the same thing, ‘we can’t find the people to work.’ There is much more of a shortage of construction labor now than pre-Covid. And the labor force in general is less skilled, possibly for not having training or work training during the past three years. This puts added pressure on sub-contractors in all areas - costs to complete work, scheduling, work load, etc.
